The “Made in Cambodia” market will be launch on March 2, 2013

 This weekend will be launch in Siem Reap the first edition of the “Made in Cambodia” street market, in front of Shinta Mani Hotel, one of the promoters of this major event. The stalls will invade the streets one time a month, every 1^st Saturday; the 2^nd March, 6^th April, 4^th May, 1^st June, 3^rd July, and 6th August, from 3 to 9pm.

Don't forget, it's today...

  The first "Made in Cambodia" market yesterday, in the street of Shinta Mani Hotel, was a success. Not very crowded at the beginning due to the heat and to all the problems of power (no electricity in almost all the city since 3 days) but after some nice animations and the enthusiasm of the traders, people came to have a look to their fantastic products and enjoy of this pleasant moment even after the sunset.

At the start of the market was the gourmet part with some delicious things to try, then the "Helping Cambodia" stalls with locals organizations offering originals products :

Anyway one of the most animated place was the stall of our friends of Sombai with the degustation of their flavored rice wine, to consume without moderation (whatever) !!

The streets of Siem Reap will be warm today, but also animated! Don't miss the second edition of the "Well Made in Cambodia" market today. The schedules have changed a bit due to the heat, so now the rendezvous is from 4pm until 9.30pm.
