There are several remote Angkorian temples around Siem Reap which are open to visitors. These temples do not belong to the Angkor Archaeological Park, which gives some nice advantages: entrance fees are low or non-existant, there are far less tourists around and these temples usually give you an 'off the beaten track' experience.
