In this post, a weird dish for some people but something that Cambodians love and call “Pong Tea Kon”, the famous “baby duck eggs”. These eggs are fertilized between 15 and 18 days, and then boiled to be consumed with salt, garlic and chili. Vendors roam the streets all day, and those brave enough will just have to yell them to give this tasty egg a try…
