Lily’s Secret Garden Home Cooking Class

Lily’s Secret Garden cooking class (morning or afternoon) -$25 per person

-Free pick up and drop from/to Hard Rock cafe in Siem Reap
-Visit to local market (we talk taste bud, Khmer culture and pricing)
-Maximum 6 people for a relaxing experience
-Cooking station for each guest
-Free water and tea (you can bring your drinks too)
-4 hours duration (morning or afternoon)
-Free Goodies

You will visit a local market and get to know some secrets of Khmer culture. Afterwards, Lily, Darwin (Cambodian) & Chris (Belgian) will welcome you to their Khmer family country house in Siem Reap, only 5 minutes from town for a relaxed introduction to home-style Cambodian Cuisine. There you will experience a 100% hands-on cooking class and able to cook this way again back home with Lily’s Secret Garden Cookbook. And at last but not least, you will enjoy the delicious meal you created step by step at Lily’s home, whatever your level of cooking is!

Morning class:
-8:30 am: Free pick up from Hard Rock cafe
-9:00 am: Local market visit
-9:30 am: Welcome drink at Lily’s home and garden visit
-10:00 am: Cooking class
-12:00 am: Enjoying the meal
1:00 pm: Drop off at tge Hard Rock cafe with a certificate and a cookbook

Afternoon class:
-2:30 pm: Free pick up from Hard Rock cafe
-3:00 pm: Local market visit with Chris
-3:30 pm: Welcome drink at Lily’s home and garden visit
-4:00 pm: Cooking class
-6:00 pm: Enjoying the meal
-7:00 pm: Drop off at the Hard Rock cafe with a certificate and a cookbook

Morning cooking class menu:
-Fresh Spring Rolls and chicken
-Fried lort-cha (short rice noodles) with chicken
-Pumpkin in sweet coconut cream and tapioca ir Num Pla Ai (glutinous rice balls dessert)

Afternoon cooking class menu:
-Green mango salad and chicken
-Cambodian curry with chicken
-Banana or pumpkin in sweet coconut cream and tapioca
