One of the most celebrated events of Park Hyatt hotels around the world is happening on 23 March at Park Hyatt Siem Reap, putting together a remarkable affair with highlights of food, wine, and fashion.
“As part of Park Hyatt’s commitment to community service, for each person attending this event, USD 10 will be donated to the Life and Hope Association (LHA)”
The Experience
Park Hyatt Siem Reap teamed up with the award-winning fashion designer Eric Raisina. Eric’s designs focus on fabrics, colours and textures, all hand-made by his Cambodian team while a representative of Nicolas- Feuillatte Champagne will grace the occasion.
An evening of food, wine and fashion, Park Hyatt Siem Reap’s Executive Chef Theam Pisith, created a (4) four-course set menu paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight its flavour, aroma, and texture.
Throughout the night you will be serenaded with the Khmer acoustic guitarist and singer Sao Sony from the band Khmer Batbangers Band. A native of Batambang, Sony enjoyed listening to and playing music at a very young age with passion, and having worked as a musician, he started engaging himself in international classical music.
