Public Holidays in Cambodia in 2017

Public Holidays in Cambodia in 2017

This is a complete list of paid public holidays in Cambodia for the year 2017. The list is based on Prakas No. 466, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training. According to the labor law, any public holidays that fall on a Sunday shall be carried forward to the next day.

The majority of Cambodian public holidays are based on Buddhist observances. These days can be great opportunities for visitors to attend a traditional Buddhist festival or ceremony.
